Small distance drawing zombies and people (Dying Light)

Hello everyone.
I play Dying Light ver. 1.42 and during the passage noticed that zombies and people are drawn at a very close distance (especially noticeable in open spaces). Is this normal or not?
In the graphics settings, the viewing range is set to maximum.
