rtx 3060 laptop not operating at full power
Help me understand why the video card does not work at full capacity, the video processor does not work correctly, it works at a frequency of + -700 MHZ, its working 900-1703 MHZ (see screenshot)When overclocking through MSI Afterburner, a blue screen (tried to throw 400 MHZ)
With memory, everything is fine operates at 7000 MHZ.
