Taking advantage of this, I study all kinds of technology and make my scientists generalists. At the same time, the study of any technology is faster than usual.

In each educational institution, you can study 1 technology, respectively, for a number of moves. You only need to manage to build at least 1 improved building (barracks, farms, forges, etc.), this makes it possible to study technologies of the next level. Moreover, you can assign, for example, a very important technology that needs to be learned immediately. We go into the research tree and assign this technology to be studied in a "modern university", and not in school. The study time is greatly reduced.
