In NG + mode, the experimental rifle IPCA BND-150 is available from the start in the weapon locker. The damage and rate of fire are slightly lower than the SVD-khi, the armor penetration is much lower - like machine guns, approximately, a magazine for 5 rounds, a full ammo - 20 pieces of the regular 6 mm. It is possible to use craft special ammunition (shock, explosive and gas craft from trash in 6 pieces).
You need it to get the Shadow of Logan achievement.
Actually, the question is: is it really possible to get a glushak and an extended store for her? Or is it just craft darts?
