No bike upgrades - New Game + (Days Gone)

Hello everyone!
After completing the story and cutting out all the hordes and infected zones, as well as all the marauders, I started a new game +.
When I visited the Copeland camp for the first time, I was given a bike without mods, although in the prologue it was with all the upgrades.
