If we are talking about this place, then yes. In any case, there will be a couple more places where you can find animal meat to improve. (As I understand it took into account that the player can skip meat) So don't worry.

Thank you. Your map is so interesting with all the designations. Are there maps on the Internet that show all the goodies that can be found?
I tried to google this info now, like - "All the secrets on the maps in RE 8", but finds nothing, except for the walkthroughs on YouTube.
