It's not in the Online component of the game and not your Internet.
Rather software your OS.
Something is missing or something interferes with the stability of the game.

What question such and the answer.

Would have said about that:
1. Departures only Online or and Suzette too.
2. Your OS and PC configuration.
3. How to behave in other games (Including Online games) and multiplayer mode.
