Very soapy textures (Genshin Impact)

Textures are drawn at a short distance. As shown in the screenshot, a step forward and they are normal, a step back is again soap. The earth and rocks also suffer from the same, but already at an impressive distance, which is no longer so striking. It seems that I changed all the settings, but nothing helps, moreover, FPS 50-60 is stable at low-medium settings.
