There are no Russian subtitles in the game. (Yakuza: Like a Dragon)

The game is licensed with Russian subtitles. Immediately in the first video of the game, there are no subtitles (or are not displayed), I suspect they are completely absent in the game and further. Subtitle display is enabled in the game options. What could be the problem?
