This is a recent cheat for transferring the save to ng + - it turns out to be a disgusting thing, many have already caught it. It means that the chitak invades your session and heats it, throwing the character into a new game, while the save often breaks down and goes to the softlock. You can't do anything here, just start from scratch with a new character. It remains only to use the anti-cheat and wait for the patch from the developers - it seems like they promised to fix it. Plus nobody canceled the backup)
