On the mechanics of the game machines (own and captured) do not add equipment supplies, or if they empty or the equipment is all recharged at the maximum, in other cases it's a bug. Caught similar campaign in the USSR, but only in the battle for Berlin: tried to fuel of is-2 which was at zero...two of their cars with supplies (polovich) none of them wanted to fill this tank. To fix a bug failed and had to continue to fight without him.
