Looking for a mod (pack for skins) (Darkest Dungeon)

In fact, this mod from 2016 is a skin pack in the style of bloodborne. But in the current mods, which are now on the nexus and in the steam workshop, there is no skin that replaces the Occultist with the Scientist Choir. I remember that the effects were also redrawn - the red tentacles were replaced with blue ones - and this had to be replaced separately. The other day I wasted almost the whole day trying to find this very mod - but I found only the screenshot attached below. Maybe someone knows what it's called, or someone has it (from somewhere).
