Recommend a program for testing a video card.

Hello everyone!
I have a ROG Strix GeForce GTX 1050 Ti on my work computer. Green artifacts appeared 3 days ago when playing warface. Tried playing The Witcher 3, battlefield 4 and KS. Artifacts appear after a while. Nothing overheats, the maximum temperature does not exceed 71 degrees. I looked through Aida64 and to the touch. When watching movies both online and from the player, there are no artifacts. They only appear in games.
Googled programs for testing. Used Furmark, OCCT, 3DMark, Unigine Heaven Benchmark and Geekbench. During testing, no artifacts or problems. But it is worth starting the game and artifacts come out. Sometimes the monitor just goes black. Sometimes, when you reboot, green horizontal lines appear on the monitor, which disappear when you enter Windows.
Tested and played on three different computers, with different monitors, different motherboards, CPU and memory size. Cooling is good. Air conditioners in the office work fine. This I mean, it's not hot. All computers have the same ROG Strix GeForce GTX 1050 Ti, so there is no need to reinstall the drivers.
Please, advise me of some proven program. I'm not saying that Google is lying, but its top testers are not very good. I spent two days on tests and, according to their results, there are no problems, but in games the problem immediately pops up.
Please do not mention the testing capabilities of GeForce Experience))). We use exclusively standard (not DCH!) Drivers, without all the garbage that comes with the driver.

Using MATS, you can check memory banks http://vlab.su/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=96805
Furmark if the original, not a style assembly ... in theory, it should have revealed if the testing lasted 15 minutes.
It is possible that the problem may lie in the drivers, the situation can be corrected by the previous driver.
With the help of MSI afterberner, you can try to lower the core frequency and memory frequency, take turns and see the result.

Thank you. I'll try MATS.
Furmark is original. I drove stress for 50 minutes. The maximum temperature was 71 degrees. And no problem. Disabled the test. Immediately climbed into the COP. Literally in a minute, maximum 2, green squares appeared.
I don’t want to change frequencies yet. I want to figure out what the problem is. If the problem is in memory, then it is advised to simply give it away for soldering, it is not expensive. And if the processor is covered, then you need to call the IT specialists and wait until they replace it. It will take 2 weeks)))

I downloaded the program from a third-party source. I did it according to the instructions. No errors found.
Do I understand correctly that the problem is not in memory, but in gpu? (((
