Where can I buy the resurrection scrolls? (Baldur's Gate 3)

I completed the quest for a skeleton in a hood, but apparently he won't appear if you don't rest at least once.
Therefore, the only option remains - to look for the very merchant from whom I can redeem at least one scroll in order to revive this Gale. Otherwise, I am simply insignificant in almost any battles where there are more than 3 enemies or one extremely fat one: ')
