Anti-aliasing not working (Mass Effect Legendary Edition)
People need help! Anti-aliasing doesn't bother at all. I tried to forcibly turn it on through the invidia panel, and through the invidia inspector. Zero sense.4 Comments

Found a way! DSR must be set.
And in the nvidia panel, go to the resolution change, and set it as on the screen.

I did so too, only not 4 k, but lower by 2 pieces, but the stripes were still gone. In the original, with the mods, it was possible to force anti-aliasing, and in the re-release, only dsr helps.
