Black screen stuck and crash (Grand Theft Auto 4)

Hello lovers of all the adored GTA IV. The situation is this: I go into the GTA, everything boots normally. I leave the house, get into the car, ride around the city there and BAM! The game freezes and a black screen appears. This screen may hang for 10 seconds and everything is normal, but it does not take 10 seconds, as it reappears. After 2-3 black screen appearances, the game crashes without any errors. I ask you to help me with this problem.
