Turns off (reboots?) Computer when rendering video
Hello, a friend recently assembled a computer for me, the parts were ordered from Aliexpress.The fact is that during rendering, the computer turns off and on again. It can turn off at any moment, both after 10 minutes and after 30-40 (but not more).
At first I thought it was overheating.
But having pissed the Internet a little, I found an advice: to reduce the number of cores for the program in which I mount.

But the last time, even on 4 cores, it turned off! The video bitrate was set high and the resolution is 2k. I had to install 2 cores.
I edited it in Sony Vegas 13.
Also Adobe Premiere Pro 2019 - it also turned off the computer (though I did not try the cores match here).

There are other complaints about the computer:
1. You can often hear a squeak (or something like a squeak) in the headphones, at the very moment when nothing is being played, ie. when there is complete silence.
It is necessary to reproduce any sound, any, even a system one, then the squeak goes away. Or he returns again in complete silence.

2. "Double start" - when you turn on the computer, it first turns on, then turns off and then turns on again. Many write about this in reviews to the motherboard.

I thought it was operative, but then it dawned on me that this was most likely due to vidyah. Although the game is on the ultras.
6. On YouTube there are tests of games with exactly the same vidyakhoy as mine, only here they have a normal FPS, but everything slows down for me. I understand that my processor is shit?
I am very dissatisfied with the computer, tell me what to do? Replace one or a couple of parts on this or assemble a new one?
I need a computer for both games and video rendering. I wanted an eight-core processor especially for rendering, but here is such a disappointment. My old computer, 2008, rendered 11 hours and never shut down.

RAM: Server memory DDR3 8GB Samsung M393B1K70QB0, 1600MHz (two of them).
Video card: Radeon R9 270 (2GB).
Power supply: Be Quiet SYSTEM POWER 9 700W

Honestly, already at least a little, if only two conditions are met: I could play all modern games at ultras, and that editing-render video, if possible, was faster than 5-8-11 hours.
But no more than 60k, I guess. This is me in general about the assembly without vidyahi.
