Mod for playing with all races (Master of Orion (2016))

Actually, from the name it is clear what I'm looking for .. Once I saw this modification on the Nexus or somewhere else, but now I can't find it. I would like to play with everyone and immediately, 8 races are already not enough: D

In the modding folder in the modelledgalaxy file, change the number of races for the galaxy you need. Then create a folder with any name, copy this (modified) file there and paste this folder into the mods folder.
