Can't start the One Last Thing mission. Jimmy Pegorino Doesn't Call Me (Grand Theft Auto 4)

Can't start the One Last Thing mission due to Jimmy Pegorino not calling. Completed all missions, even Fixer missions. And still no one calls. After the mission with the exchange of diamonds, Dmitry called me, but Pegorino never called. All sorts of friends call and say just take a walk with them. What to do?
