Weapon customization items are not displayed (Call of Duty: Warzone)

In the weapon control menu, on the "Decoration" tab, a green square is displayed, signaling that there are new items, namely an amulet and a sticker.
The amulet received from the free pack yesterday, the sticker for the first level of the battle pass today.
However, when you open the submenu "Amulet" or "Sticker", these new items are not displayed, they are not in the list.
What could be the problem?
