Incomprehensible drawdowns of FPS after updates (Assassin's Creed: Valhalla)

I played up to 1.2.2 calmly 30fps then an update came out and after a while I started to see incomprehensible jumps, the FPS graph like a cardiogram from 1 to 40 jumps, the textures were loaded in front of our eyes, and sometimes even houses without walls were, and when I entered the game still seconds 10 1 fps and a black screen, I have one question or is it due to recent updates to the firewood of Nvidia or Windows?
The game is on ssd and before everything was ok
