Problems with launching Warface, how to solve?

After reinstalling the system, there were problems with the launch of Warface. When I press the "play" button, the "Warface starts up" window appears and that's it, nothing else happens and freezes. Sometimes, an error appears with the following text: It looks like the client of the game "Warface" is frozen - it does not respond to requests from the Game Center.
