Games that have sunk into the soul
Suddenly, I sharply wanted to ask if you have any games that really sunk into the soul, playing in which you understood that here it is, my favorite game. For example, you started playing the game and literally forgot about the existence of others, you only want to play it, over and over again. Or after the passage you had a kind of "shock" that you do not want to play in anything for the next few days. Or, maybe it will be a game that you have devoted more than one hundred (and maybe not one thousand hours), going through not only the game itself, but also various additions, mods, but even if just studying its world and the like. It is very interesting to read, you can also write what this or that game hooked you with, maybe you can help someone find their favorite game in which he (or she) will spend, like you, a lot of time, and will spend this time with pleasure. In advance,It was like that with Dragon age when I met her. I just went into it for a month)
At the beginning there were a lot of such games, especially my heart twitched from the memories of Mass Effect, but after the 3rd part of The Witcher, I could hardly experience such feelings from him until now
I don't know why, but I simply ignore the entire Mass Effect series, probably the whole atmosphere does not really fit (not in the sense that it is bad, but in the sense that I do not really like it). But the Witcher is yes, a huge interesting world and an exciting plot, one of my favorite games.
And I do not want to play either Mass Effect, the Witcher or Skyrim, I do not mean that these are bad games, this is not my genre, although it was a case in Skyrim, but it drags on for a long time, a well-developed world, but put on a pedestal of my beloved I can't play games because of a preference for an interesting presentation of history or gameplay.
P.S. I went to read the comments.
Thank you, I myself have repeatedly passed Skyrim, first on a pirate (well, who of us has not sinned ), and then buying on incentive, so I love to explore big worlds. Oblivion, on the other hand, began to play and abandoned, I don't remember why, and I didn't play Splinter Cell at all. Probably worth a try too.
I advise Sprintel Cell to start with the third part, in my opinion the most balanced game in the series)
I have only two games that have sunk into my heart, probably forever and in which I will always want to play: Fable and Gothic, and from all the Gothic series my favorite part is the first one, although I admit that the second is also beautiful ...
At one time, in the first Gothic, I climbed all corners for all factions, I loved this game very much ... it's a pity on the new hardware does not work
