It depends for what purpose. If you need compactness and mobility, then a laptop, and if you need to launch gaming novelties, then a PC.

If you don't really need games, then laptop

If for games, then the PC will be better, because it is more powerful. But if you take a more or less powerful laptop, then it is also good for games, and if a gaming one, then it is generally excellent.
