Warcraft 3 frozen throne (Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne)

Hello everybody. I have such a problem that dota 1 hangs (warktaft 3 frozen throne), you can even see this animation in the menu. I installed Windu recently, the computer seems to be not weak and has to pull, due to the fact that it freezes - you have to lower the resolution and set the quality of textures to a minimum, etc. Maybe the video card does not pull? how to check?
