Fatal error when starting Starbound, how to solve? (Starbound)

When starting Starbound 1.4.4 (Pirate), it gives an error:

Windows 10 (64x). The system requirements are fine. All add. The software for the game is installed, the drivers are updated.
I tried to download different repacks and the error is the same everywhere. Removed crack and other mods. I also tried to run it with different compatibility and as an administrator.
