FIFA 20 crashes in match when replay (FIFA 20)

The game freezes on replays, there will be an out or a goal, then the replay and on the first frames of the replay, it lags for 1-2 seconds, a system sound is issued such when we launch something from the administrator, the cursor appears on the screen from the mouse and that's it, no error issues.
Enrages that this does not always happen, it may not happen for a couple of days, then several times a day.
What could be the problem?
