Error writing to disk (appmanifest_730) (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive)

With a recent update, it gives an error, I decided to delete the game and download it again, but now I can not download it.

I solved the problem. There was a file appmanifest_730.acf.save, it turned out that it was just necessary to rename it to the usual one
