The character moves in jerks. (Fallout: New Vegas)

Good day, I ran into this problem: After an impressive time of the game, the character suddenly began to move abruptly in jerks (Link to the video below) I play with mods, installed via Vortex. All the mods needed to work correctly were installed, everything was fine. After that I tried to reinstall the game, I even downloaded the steam version to try to run it naked, without mods. The problem still hasn't disappeared. Also, the problem is definitely not in the save game, because I tried to load old ones and even start a new game. Now I don't know what to do at all, tell me if someone came across, this is my first playthrough: D
