The game minimizes by itself without stopping (Hitman: Blood Money)

I start the game - it is minimized. I click on the game icon on the taskbar - I see a black screen, I can barely hear a sound, and it minimizes again. It's like this all the time.

Not sure how to solve this?

I play on Windows 10

Solved a problem.

1 - Installed this Widescreen Fix - https://www.playground.ru/hitman_blood_money/file/hitman_blood_money_widescreen_hitman_bm-998358.
2 - Set the required screen resolution in the HitmanBloodMoney.ini file.

You can also delete the intro from the game just in case (files Intro_bi.bik and gfxlogo.bik in the Movies folder).
