Not loading textures and freezing when driving in GTA 5 (Grand Theft Auto 5)

When driving, textures and even freezing are not loaded, I'll tell you the background.
I saw "ideal graphics settings" on YouTube and decided to give it a try.
I tried it, I didn't like it, but I began to notice that the textures were disappearing and began to freeze.
I changed it to my relatives and still the same problem!
As soon as I change the graphics settings and put them back on my own, textures disappear and friezes appear.
With the drivers, everything is fine, before the game just went great without lags of 40-50 fps when driving.
As soon as I changed the problem appeared.
I do not know what to do, I tried 1000 methods, I hope only for this post.
