Graphics issue after update 1.40 (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

After the update, ladders appeared on textures and shadows, as well as highlights on the edges of textures. It feels like anti-aliasing doesn't work at all. In the screenshot, this is hard to see, but you can see it by the edging of the dashboard and on the fence. All settings are turned to the maximum. (There is ATS and did not find such a problem there). Please tell me what could be the problem.
