Graphics settings in RDR2 do not change after update. (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Hello. In general, I wanted to report the problem and at the same time ask the question - who has the same thing? In short, after the "Blood Money" update from 07/13/2021, the "newborn" patch had 3 problems at once in one paragraph, which is called "graphics". And the problems are as follows:
1. The TAA setting does not change. Stupidly stands on a high, I can not even turn it off.
2. the FXAA setting does not change. Stupidly always disabled. In the game itself, I turn it on, all the rules, and after restarting it is turned off again.
3. Resolution scaling. The same problem as with FXAA (yes, I play with scaling, because I'm used to it).
My PC configuration so that no one has any questions:
1. GTX 1660 SUPER
2. i5 9400f
3. 32GB RAM
4. 256GB SSD and 1TB HDD
With this problem, I contacted technical support. They gave me a gentle hint to buy an RTX and nothing else. They do not want to believe that there are problems of this kind in their "coolest" update. Everyone refers to the configuration, although it seems to be decent for me.
Who has the same bullshit ???
