Bug in the Mouse Tower quest (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

The problem is that I cannot get the lamp (or anything) and because of this problem I cannot complete this quest. Does anyone have console commands to complete the quest?

I do not collect souls with a lamp, and so on. It's boring already. You can download the save, but someone else's passage then
