Create a second profile in English and go into Windows under it and cut in the cutter

User folder must be in English.

Everything worked, created a new user profile (the name must be in English). Renaming the old one doesn't help.

Reinstalled Windows and the pirate stopped starting, the black screen and then the crash without any errors at all
