Who knows how to do the Repack?

Hello!! huge request to the masters who know how to do the Repack.
I'd like to make some Repack to YOUR taste, Repack from mechanics and the guy not quite what I need. I have all their games stored on discs and I have almost 1000 discs with games BUT latest news I can't record as there is no Blu-ray drive. Like-favorite game to record a simple dvukhsloinykh. Take for example the game Battlefield 3 + Update image is 8,46 GB and the disc does not fit. Is it possible to remove from this game is the multiplayer, the music(it's terribly annoying and can't be disabled), and recode the video?
Well, or the game Ghost Recon - Future Soldier v1.5 the image is of 8.07 GB a little bit not fit on the disc. Well, or MoH-Warfighter. Can someone in their spare time will do that?
