To uninstall Uplay, go to your computer's start menu and open the Control Panel. In the panel, find "Programs and Features", and in the list that opens, find Uplay and uninstall the application.
You will also have to remove the remaining components of Yupli manually, located at the following addresses, depending on the bitness of the operating system:
C: Program Files (x86) Ubisoft Ubisoft Game Launcher
C: Program Files Ubisoft Ubisoft Game Launcher
The last step is to install the Uplay client. Ubisoft support recommends installing the program strictly in the default folder. Download the latest version of Uplay from the official website by clicking the button below.

If you have ever installed pirated copies of Ubisoft games, it is very likely that the cures from those games have left a mark on your system and are blocking the connection to Uplay services. A common reason for the message is that the Ubisoft service is currently unavailable, it turns out that the hosts file has been changed.

The location of the file is at C: Windows System32 Drivers Etc, go to the folder and open it with any text editor such as notepad.

Examine the file and remove the lines below from it.

127.0.0.1 static3.cdn.ubi.com 127.0.0.1 ubisoft-orbit.s3.amazonaws.com
127.0.0.1 onlineconfigservice.ubi.com
127.0.0.1
orbitservice.ubi.com
127.0.0.1 ubisoft-orbit-savegames.s3.amazonaws .com
If your hosts has not been changed and you did not find these lines in it, go to the step of setting up the connection.

If it was not possible to make changes using the administrator account, create a new hosts file using the following instructions.

Go to the folder with the file, rename it hosts.old.
Launch notepad and enter the following code.
# Copyright (c) 1993-2006 Microsoft Corp.
#
# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP / IP for Windows.
#
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
# be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
# The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
# space.
#
# Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
# lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
#
# For example:
#
# 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
# 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host
# localhost name resolution is handle within DNS itself.
# 127.0.0.1 localhost
# :: 1 localhost
Close notepad and save the file as hosts. Save hosts to any convenient place, such as your desktop.
Copy the created file to the C: Windows System32 Drivers Etc folder.

Nervios For a
couple of days, their launcher itself was launched through one place, with the reset of all settings, including the language (instead of Russian, it was English) - each time you entered, you had to enter your username / password again and change everything for yourself. And the "hosts" have nothing to do with them - nothing has changed in them either before or after that + there is a "read-only" checkbox. Until that time, there was never such a problem, but yesterday everything worked again. They have problems with the application and some games, more often when there is a "free weekend".
