PC does not turn on after connecting a microphone

After connecting it, only the Acer logo is loaded and nothing else.If
you connect it when the PC is on, it will not be readable and also will not allow you to turn off the PC completely (the monitor will turn off)
After updating Windows, the driver and the BIOS, it worked for 3 days and this topic started
again.Although everything works fine on another pc and laptop,
please help me to solve this problem
