Dualshock 4 and what about the fact that the game does not see it? (Resident Evil: Village)

The bottom line is that when you connect your favorite gamepad, the game simply does not see it, although with other games all the rules that you can try and read have never been found anywhere (pirate game, mb because of this, but still I want to clarify )
