I did everything, I cleaned everything, I killed all the hordes, it shows 92%.
What is left, the blue question mark to go through? So they are random, they can just disappear if you do not have time to respond to them. Or look at all the notes, but as I understand it, they do not affect the process. I have already looked through a bunch, and 92% remained.
The game has a walkthrough section, where it is indicated at what% each story has been completed, as well as a section in which you can see the collected (and not found) collectables. Obviously you need to look there.

Another option is that the game may not count some miniquest with a horde.
In my overall stat, I had 98% side effects, and a quest was chosen to destroy one horde, while there were no hordes left on the map, and in the statistics on storylines, everything was 100%, including the extermination of hordes. Obviously a bug.
