Much hangs in the "Volga" (Metro Exodus)

Windows 7 ultimate 4 GB RAM NVIDIA GeForce GT 630

1)Through the Nvidia control Panel changed some game settings and changed the Custom settings with a focus on performance
2)Using Nvidia Inspector set the limit at 30 FPS
3)cleaned CCleaner
4)Downloaded Ashampoo WinOptimizer included Game-Booster
5)Updated drivers
6)Put the classic desktop theme and screen resolution 800x600
7)Via Conductor set adjust for best performance
8)set up the game

Resolution — 800x600;
Quality low;
VSYNC — Off;
Blur — low;
Detailed PHYSX — removed a tick;
Tessellation — off;
Texture filtering — 4x AL;
The shading coefficient is 1.0

The game went to the head of the Volga river and there are open world and much hangs what can I do? Please help(((
