If you slept with Triss, you would have to replay the quest with Now or never. If not, then the choice is made in the quest the Last request and secured the consent of the Witcher will retire with Jennifer in the quest there's No place like home. To be sure I can still poke her in the quest the King is dead, long live the king, but it's hardly a prerequisite.
