1. [b] Grand Theft Auto IV (Xbox 360) [/ b] - a game that made me buy a console of this generation and transplanted me on the console. Also, who showed a huge step between the past and the present generation.
2. [b] Assassin's Creed (PC) [/ b] - the first game for me that showed the next-gen of the game: sandbox, awesome graphics and animation, cool plot.
3. [b] Metal Gear Solid 4 (PS3) [/ b] - just the continuation of the best past-gene series. Not the best part, but one of the best carrent gen games nonetheless.
4. [b] Gears of War (Xbox 360) [/ b] - the first cool grafon in video games and now a standardized cover system that was a bit new back then.
5. [b] Mirror's Edge (Xbox 360) [/ b] - the most soulful game in this generation.
6. [b] Braid (Xbox 360) [/ b] - the game that started the crazy indie march. Moreover, she is very soulful and intelligent.
7. [b] Uncharted 2: Among Thieves (PS3) [/ b] - simply one of the best games of the carrent gen, smart, fun and one of the most convenient games.
8. [b] Minecraft (PC) [/ b] is an indie masterpiece that makes you play it over and over again. The most creative game of this generation.
9. [b] Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (PC) [/ b] - a new counter-strike that no one expected. Also, the game marked the beginning of the code era.
10. [b] Halo: Reach (Xbox 360) [/ b] - the best FPS of the carrent gene, where unpredictability and great variety rule the ball.

5. Gow 3 ps 3 (the continuation of the best slasher, though not far from the second part)
6. uncharted 1 ps 3 (the acquaintance was pleasant, especially to me as an archaeologist-historian by education)

1. Mass Effect 2 (X360) - The game is super, flaws do not matter at all in it.
2. Left 4 Dead (X360) - Perhaps the most sensible online game on the carrent gene.
3. Dragon Age (X360) - Party RPG on boxing, what else to say, very cool.
4. God of War 3 (PS3) - I love slashers, there is no better one.
5. Assassin's Creed 2 (X360) - The game is just addictive, plot, atmosphere, setting.
6. Batman: Arkham Asalym (X360) - I love games and movies about superheroes, you can’t find it better.
7. Uncharted 2 (PS3) - I love adventure games, especially about various secrets and treasures.
8. Heavy Rain (PS3)
9. Fallout 3 (X360)
10. Grand Theft Auto IV (X360) - The first boxing game, the first on the current generation consoles.

It is difficult to compose the top, there are more games that really liked in this generation, the first 3 are perhaps the most-favorite, the rest are just scattered.

1. Demon's Souls (PS3) - one of the best games I've played in general, without even thinking about the time spent, this rarely happens.
2. Red Dead Redemption (X360) - great sandbox, great setting, great performance - the key to success. Passed without stopping, the best open world game for me
3. Metal Gear Solid 4 (PS3) - for this game I bought a PS3, well what can I say, in a word Kojimich and the best series of games 8)
4. Grand Theft Auto IV (PC) - GTA for me is a separate story, when I had a sega, the first game I played on PC was GTA1, since then I closely followed the series and did not go through just a couple of spin-offs. GTA4 is a huge step forward in many aspects, whoever scolded her for what.
5. Bayonetta (X360) - favorite slasher in this generation, spent many hours behind it, a lot of content, sexy GG.
6. Mortal Kombat (PS3) - nostalgia that pleasantly surprised me - the game exceeded all my expectations, and they were outrageous 8)
7. Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (PC) - from this game I developed a love for multiplayer in shooters
8. Bioshock (PC) - I was able to force myself to go through only from the 3rd time, but as it passed, I realized that the best singleplayer shooter of generation
9. Batman: Arkham Asylum (PC) is the best superhero game and not only in this generation
10 Uncharted 2 (PS3) - well, I couldn't help but write, this game has everything (within the genre and setting, of course), the

place in the list does not matter, everyone is favorite.
at 10 everything is difficult to fit of course :(
