Special enchantment (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Here's the thing:
I make unique items (masks of the priests,the scourge of the dragon,Mehrunes ' razor,the glow of dawn,EB.blade,cooler,separator,staff of Magnus,AB. chain mail, ring of namira, ring to Hircine, Daedric artifacts, etc.)
it was possible to break and study their enchantments ('ffekt MagicDisallowEnchanting in suthestvah things).
But most enchantments (hug Boethiah, the advantage of konarka, the scourge of the dragon) appear in the list on the pentagram shower, but applicable to any subject .
For example, strike back is only applicable to light gloves, and heavy there, and embrace of Boethiah not applicable finally to nothing, as well, and the scourge of the dragon.
Anybody know where in Creation Kit's are the properties of these enchantments , responsible for what kinds of things do they apply?
For example, there is a tab Magic , and it is Enchantment and Magic Effect, but there I found no properties that are responsible for some things they are applicable.
