Textures take a long time to load (Genshin Impact)

Hardware: i5 9600k / 16gb RAM / gtx 750ti 2gb
I don’t understand what the problem is, I updated the drivers, I sinned on hard because it had broken sectors, on another hard drive where everything was ok the same problem, I tried to play with the picture quality, all the same
