Modding (Kingdom Come: Deliverance)

Has anyone tried to cut mods for the game on their own? There are instructions for the sufferers on the nexus, but I catch a mistake even at the preparation stage. I have a version from EGS and the /Data_reference/modding.sql folder with the corresponding attachments in the game folder simply does not exist. Does the Steam version have it right away?
