Monitor up to 30,000, 2k 144Hz +, IPS

I wanted to update Monique after 10 years.
I chose such characteristics for myself, just beautifully and with a view to the future.
While there are two contenders, this is
Xiaomi Mi Gaming Display 27 (29k)
and
LG 27GN800-B 27 (24k)

But I just don't understand why this xiaomi has so many reviews and purchases, although it differs little from these skis, except for a usb hub

UPD: I forgot to add that yes of course 27 inches +, now I have 21.5 in general, 24 is not serious, 27 is more interesting.
