DLSS not active (Watch Dogs: Legion)

Greetings!

Problem: In the game, I can't install DLSS in any way! RTX glow is set, there are 3 options, but DLSS is not active, and when you switch to this item, you hear a beep that it is not active.

I have the latest version of the game installed for today 1.5.0, all Windows 10 updates are installed - 20h2 19042.1151, the latest nvidia drivers are installed 471.41.
My graphics card is an RTX 3070 Ti.

I have a monitor with HDR, HDR is enabled in the game settings, turning it off does not help.
Tried reinstalling the driver today with a factory reset, it didn't help.
The cable from the video card to the monitor is connected via DP. Monitor frequency 144, resolution 2560 * 1440.
When you turn on RTX reflections, the fps drops very much and it is impossible to play with 50 fps.
I tried to install DLSS through the geforce experience, but these settings also do not apply and the FPS does not increase.
Now I reinstalled the game, downloaded it from the HD pack, it did not help.
DLSS works in RDR2.
