Monitor refresh rate.
Is there any sense to overpay for 144Hz or take at 75Hz, if in most cases the system (2070s / 10700k / 16Gb) will produce 60 -70 frames in modern games. And will sync eliminateall image tearing?
Monitors:
MSI Optix G241V 23.8 (75Hz freesync)
MSI Optix G242 23.8 (144Hz adaptive sync).

In my opinion, if there is no powerful system unit, there is no point in 144Hz, try a window without a frame from picture tears.

There's a meaning. You underestimate the capabilities of your system, especially at 1080p.
Even just on the desktop and in the browser, you will see the difference in smoothness.
Eliminate image tearing.
