Saddle Shooting (Mount Blade 2: Bannerlord)

When I am riding a horse, it is impossible to aim from a bow, the aiming circle begins to narrow only at a complete stop. However, in some videos, players aim and shoot from a bow on horseback at full gallop without penalty to accuracy.

How to achieve this result? Is it a skill leveling, or some kind of mod? Thanks in advance for any information)
